At this time, eligibility for our programs is limited to Kent County, Michigan residents. If you are outside of Kent County and are looking for services, you may dial 2-1-1.

2-1-1 is a comprehensive information and referral (I&R) service that helps you find resources that may be able to assist you with health and human services. 2-1-1 utilizes both bilingual resource specialists and a phone based translation service to offer 2-1-1 information and referral in over 180 languages.

Yes! Home visitors meet families where they are at and can schedule visits at parks, restaurants, libraries, etc.

Home visits are parent-led and customized to your individual family needs. A typical home visit may include:

  • Discussion of parent/family goals.
  • Non-judgemental support and advice on parenting, child development, relationships, and family needs.
  • Playtime and bonding with your child.
  • Referrals to community resources if needed.
